    The Committee on Political Subdivisions moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:

“A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §11-2-12, relating to assessors; granting licensed real estate appraisers access to assessors’ commercial or residential review documents to determine comparable market value.”
